From the Freiburg team, an interesting work on optical and scene flow:
In motion and depth perception, knowing what cannot be seen is just as important as understanding that which can be seen. This work combines disparity and optical flow estimation with the estimation of occlusions and depth/motion boundaries. Solving these tasks jointly leads to clear improvements over the state of the art, also in derived tasks such as motion segmentation.
